So you have probably heard the recent fad, celery juice! yes or no?
I tried celery juice every Morning on an empty stomach, whilst i'm currently pregnant I couldn't stand the taste of the juice alone so a lemon included was needed to keep it down!
Celery juice taking every morning first thing on an empty stomach has a range of benefits! My biggest benefit I noticed was regular bathroom habits and less breakouts, even though two weeks was all I did I noticed a big change!
Celery juice is known to have high levels of in vitamin K which promotes general bone and heart health with is essential to the human body! Although celery's diuretic properties (which means high water content) it can be great for reducing blood pressure and excess water weight.
Ingredients... 100% CELERY! Whip a few stalks into the blender along with 1 cup of water and a handful of ice and enjoy! (add lemon juice if you are struggling to keep the taste down- although the benefits are not as strong as celery alone)
