Nutty chocolate bark.. yes please!
I absolutely LOVE sweet treats and I’ve found it hard in the past to find treats that I actually enjoy that are on the more nutritional side of things, What I did was melted a block of Whittaker’s dark 65% chocolate over a glass bowl on the stove, Threw some baking paper in a tray and poured the melted mixture over top! Added some nuts and seeds (I used Goji berries, pumpkin seeds, coconut, slivered almonds and cashew pieces for mine) and froze until solid before breaking up and trying not to eat the entire block in one go!
Why dark chocolate though? milk chocolate does contain cocoa solids, it's often diluted with the addition of milk solids, sugar, and cream making the calories and sugar content higher! Where as dark chocolate contains more more cocoa and less processed there for the higher the nutritional quality!
