Peanut butter protein smoothie


Morning treats- because who else struggles with incorporating extra protein and whole foods into their diet?

I’ve always been someone who makes smoothies but... NEVER drinks them! Im unsure why, i'm always rushing!  so usually this is my excuse, but I’ve finally found a protein smoothie combination which is DELISH, I have been having these every morning for morning tea for the last few weeks, 

  • Prana On power plant based protein powder I really enjoy the vanilla flavour (you can purchase from your local Health2000 store with different flavours and sizes available)
  • 1 tablespoon of Date mate 
  • 1 cup of almond milk 
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter (I get mine from bin in and refill my jars! Got two huge jars for $4.50!!)
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

WHIP em all together in the NutriBullet and we are good to go!
