Rice paper rolls are by far one of my favourite snacks or meals to whip up in the kitchen! Although I must admit.. they are time consuming! but thats exactly why I aim to make a weeks worth at a time. For snacks I usually have 3 rolls, and for lunch or dinner meals I usually have 5-6 depending how hungry I am!
The best part about rice paper rolls is that you can be so creative! I am a sucker for vegetarian ones loaded with vegetables and fresh herbs, but adding protein such as tuna or chicken is a great way to get your protein intake in, I love the following recipe!
