I first started seeing Haylee last year late November for a kickstart to summer program-after losing motivation to exercise. Right from the start she was super easy to contact and very flexible with working around my work schedule. When meeting her for the first time she instantly made me feel comfortable and welcome within the gym. She provided me with all the essential tools required, like a meal plan catered to my needs (I’m a vegetarian), and a guide to nutrition and exercise. She has completely changed my view on healthy eating and how important it is to fuel your body with good food as well as adequate exercise. She is extremely passionate and encouraging in all the right ways. I have seen and felt incredible results and got down to my goal weight along with my body feeling a lot more fit and healthy. I’m feeling a lot happier with myself mentally and physically and can easily motivate myself to go to the gym 5 days a week! I’ve recommended Haylee to friends and family, and will continue to do so. Tori has been working with HM Wellness for 4 months now and lost a total of 15.5kg's off the scales. She has incorporated a range of different exercises into her routine including resistance based training and cardio. Tori has also been following a customised nutrition program from HM Wellness.
