Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders placed before 12PM NZT, Monday to Friday, are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

During busy periods, launches, or sales, processing and delivery times may take a little longer. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

 


 

2. Fulfilment Locations

All orders are dispatched from our base in New Plymouth, New Zealand.
If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, it may be fulfilled from one of our partner locations.

 


 

3. Shipping Options and Costs

Delivery times are based on the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. (Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier demand or location.)

 


 

4. Free Shipping Thresholds

Free standard shipping applies to orders over the values listed in the table above.
Thresholds are based on the total order value after any discounts or promotions have been applied.

 


 

5. Geographic Restrictions

We currently ship to New Zealand and selected international destinations.
We are unable to deliver to certain countries where shipping restrictions apply, including regions with unreliable customs clearance or courier access.

 


 

6. PO Boxes and Authority to Leave

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
All deliveries are shipped with “Authority to Leave.” If no one is available, couriers may leave your parcel in a safe location at the delivery address.

Please ensure your address is safe and accessible for contactless delivery.

 


 

7. Tracking and Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and an estimated delivery timeframe.
You may also receive updates when your parcel is out for delivery.

Tracking is managed via NZ Post or DHL depending on your location.

 


 

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All New Zealand orders include GST.

International orders may incur import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that are charged by your local customs authority. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If customs duties are refused and the parcel is returned, the refund will exclude the original shipping cost and any fees charged during return transit.

 


 

9. Incorrect Address and Re-shipment

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct when placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.

 


 

10. Delays, Loss, and Damage

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, or events beyond our control.

If your parcel is lost or damaged, please contact crftd.hmwellness@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 


 

11. Changes and Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once your parcel has shipped, we cannot alter the delivery address or cancel the order.

 


 

12. Updates to This Policy

This Shipping Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or courier partners.
