Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

 


 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Nutrition products or supplements

  • Underwear or intimate apparel

  • Digital downloads or online programs

 


 

3. Refunds, Store Credit, and Exchanges

Approved returns can be processed as one of the following:

  • Refund to your original payment method (processed through Shopify Payments, GoCardless, or your selected gateway)

  • Store credit in the form of a CRFTD or HM Wellness digital gift card

  • Exchange for another size or product (subject to stock availability)

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

 


 

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at crftd.hmwellness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label or provide instructions for sending your item back to us.

Please do not send items back before contacting us, as this may delay processing.

 


 

5. Return Shipping Costs

Domestic returns: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
International returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

 


 

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund once the item has been inspected.

Please include photos of the fault or issue when contacting us to speed up the process.

 


 

7. Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds may take time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
If it has been more than 10 business days since your refund was approved, contact your bank first. If there is still an issue, email us at crftd.hmwellness@gmail.com and we will assist you.

 


 

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — you will need to follow the returns process outlined above.

 


 

9. Updates to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect improvements in our service or changes in our carriers and payment systems.
