We’re here to help you feel confident in your body, consistent in your routine, and proud of every step you take - whether you’re returning after a break, starting fresh, or chasing new levels of strength.

Haylee - Founder & Head Coach, HM Wellness
Haylee is the founder and owner of HM Wellness, a passionate personal trainer dedicated to helping women feel strong, confident, and supported in every stage of life. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry and a background in health, CrossFit, powerlifting, and women’s wellness, Haylee truly lives and breathes strength and wellbeing.
An award-nominated coach and multiple-time endurance fundraiser, she leads with grit, heart, and a deep level of knowledge that comes from both professional experience and real life. As a mum of four, Haylee understands the juggle of family, work, and personal goals, which is why she is so passionate about helping women create sustainable habits that actually fit into their lifestyle.
Her coaching style is supportive, motivating, and empowering. Haylee focuses on building not just physical strength, but also confidence and resilience, creating a space where women feel comfortable to show up exactly as they are. Under her leadership, HM Wellness has grown into more than just a gym. It is a strong, welcoming community where women are encouraged, supported, and celebrated every step of the way.
Haylee’s mission is simple: to help every woman who walks through the doors feel stronger, more confident, and proud of who they are becoming.
Jayden is a valued coach at HM Wellness, known for his strong, supportive approach and genuine passion for helping people become the best version of themselves. With a background in sports science, teaching, CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and high-performance BMX, Jayden specialises in building confident athletes and coaches.
He leads national-level programs, develops future talent, and still trains hard alongside it all, bringing both experience and ongoing commitment to his own performance into the coaching environment. His knowledge and hands-on experience allow him to deliver sessions that are structured, effective, and tailored to help members improve safely and consistently.
Jayden’s coaching style focuses on building strength, refining technique, and developing confidence over time. He believes in meeting members where they are at and guiding them step by step, while encouraging them to challenge themselves and grow beyond what they thought was possible.
Down to earth and approachable, Jayden takes pride in supporting each member’s individual journey. Whether someone is new to training or looking to push their performance further, he creates a positive and motivating environment where progress is celebrated and effort is always recognised.
Zoe is originally from Taranaki and has a strong background in outdoor education and health and safety. She currently works as an instructor at TOPEC, where she has been helping others build confidence and develop practical skills since 2018.
Zoe is passionate about supporting people to discover their potential and takes a supportive, encouraging approach in everything she does.
She holds a degree in Sport Management and Outdoor Education, along with advanced first aid qualifications, giving her a well rounded foundation to guide and support others both in and out of the gym. After taking time away to raise her two young boys, Zoe is excited to be back working in the fitness space and sharing her knowledge and energy with others.
Outside of the gym, Zoe enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active. You will often find her cooking for her family or exploring through activities like tramping, mountain biking, rafting, and climbing.
Kate is deeply passionate about all things health, fitness, and wellness, bringing a positive and encouraging energy to every session. She believes in celebrating every step forward, no matter how big or small, and recognises the strength it takes to simply show up with the intention to grow. Her approach is centred around building confidence, consistency, and helping others feel proud of their progress both inside and outside the gym.
As a qualified personal trainer with Level 4 and 5 certifications, Kate is committed to continuing to develop her skills while supporting members on their journey to becoming stronger and more confident versions of themselves. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels empowered to give their best.
Kate is excited to be part of the HM Wellness team and looks forward to helping you achieve your goals while enjoying the process along the way. And if there is one thing she stands by, it is that a well earned post workout chocolate milk is always a good idea.
Katie is a dedicated Boxfit trainer at HM Wellness who believes that physical strength fuels overall wellbeing. As a Level 4 certified trainer with expertise in pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic floor health, she brings a thoughtful and informed approach to her coaching, helping clients feel confident, capable, and supported in their training.
With a strong focus on building consistency, resilience, and confidence, Katie designs sessions that are both challenging and accessible, allowing members to progress at their own pace while still being pushed to achieve their best. Her knowledge in women’s health ensures that her coaching is particularly supportive for those navigating pregnancy and postpartum, while still being effective for anyone looking to improve their fitness.
Alongside her professional expertise, Katie is a mother, a social worker, and a lifelong athlete. These roles shape her understanding of balance, mindset, and the importance of supporting the whole person, not just their physical goals. She is passionate about helping people reach their full potential, both inside the gym and in everyday life.
Katie’s sessions are energetic, encouraging, and empowering, creating an environment where members feel motivated, supported, and confident to show up, work hard, and grow.
Eryn is a valued coach at HM Wellness with over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong passion for empowering women to become strong, fit, and confident, while encouraging them to appreciate and sometimes even surprise themselves with what their bodies are capable of achieving.
With a strong focus on technique and building solid foundations, Eryn understands the importance of training in a way that supports longevity and helps reduce the risk of injury. She takes pride in helping members move well, build confidence, and see progress over time, creating an environment where they feel supported and empowered in every session.
Eryn comes from a CrossFit background and has since specialised in women’s health, with a particular focus on pregnancy and postpartum training. This allows her to provide informed, practical guidance for women at different stages of their fitness journey, ensuring they feel safe, understood, and capable.
As a mum of two, Eryn brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her coaching. Her son Jovi is almost 4 years old, and her daughter Sienna is 8 months old. She is still navigating life after having her second child, and enjoys staying active with gym sessions, running, hiking, and mountain biking as a family when the opportunity allows.
Eryn is passionate about connecting with members, supporting their individual journeys, and helping them build confidence both inside and outside of the gym. She looks forward to getting to know the HM Wellness community and being part of each member’s progress along the way.
