We’re here to help you feel confident in your body, consistent in your routine, and proud of every step you take - whether you’re returning after a break, starting fresh, or chasing new levels of strength.
We keep things simple: great coaching, a welcoming environment, and a culture that genuinely cares. No judgement, no intimidation - just progress at your pace.
Haylee - Founder & Head Coach, HM Wellness
With 10+ years in personal training and a background in health, CrossFit, powerlifting, and women’s wellness, Haylee lives and breathes strong. A mum of four, award-nominated coach, and multiple-time endurance fundraiser - she leads with grit, heart, and serious know-how.
With a background in sports science, teaching, CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and high-performance BMX, Jayden specialises in building confident athletes and coaches. He leads national-level programs, develops future talent, and still trains hard alongside it all.
A Taranaki local, Zoe brings a passion for helping others discover their potential. With a background in sport management, outdoor education, and advanced first aid, she’s back in the gym after raising her two boys. Outside of training, Zoe loves exploring the outdoors through tramping, mountain biking, rafting, and climbing.
Kate is passionate about health, fitness, and wellness, celebrating every step forward - big or small. As a Level 4 & 5 certified trainer at HM Wellness, she’s dedicated to helping you build strength, confidence, and consistency, both in and out of the gym. And yes, she’ll always support a well-earned post-workout chocolate milk.
Katie believes that physical strength fuels overall wellbeing. A Level 4 certified trainer with expertise in pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic floor health, she helps clients build confidence, consistency, and resilience. As a mother, social worker, and lifelong athlete, Katie supports people to reach their full potential - in the gym and in life.
